The Tress Slay is a private hair studio in the Lakeland area. We offer a wide range of services and products to give you the elegant and fabulous look that you deserve. Below, is our policy to ensure you a smooth experience with our staff & services. We stand on our policy to secure your loyalty to us.

Please go over our policy before booking. The are no refunds and no exceptions to these policies.  By booking an appointment, you agree to our terms and policy. 

DROP OFFS- For any lace service you book for- Your lace (all lace types) must be dropped off at least 48hours before your appointment between 10am-5pm for customizing/cleaning. This is also suggested if you are reusing a lace too. Most laces might require some extra attention after an install that you may not be aware of. This will make your appointment go by quicker by getting it out of the way beforehand. If you are arriving from out of town or unable to drop off- you may pay a $20 fee for same day customizing/cleaning, as bringing your lace same-day can extend your appointment longer than scheduled. Laces come in many ways that may require different techniques. You can have it shipped to the address at bottom page. Please inform us before doing so as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

💞WHAT TYPE OF LACE TO GETHD or transparent lace. Lace that is darker than you or has been stained with color will show and affect the look and quality of your install. HD, Transparent or light-colored lace is suggested so I can alter it to fit you. Providing a nice quality lace will enhance the look of your install. T-Part wigs are accepted but please understand that they are very different than most laces. Specific styles are limited with this style of lace. 

USED LACES: We are not responsible for any previous damages to your lace that may prevent our stylist(s) from completing your install to fit your preference. For better results, re-installing my own work is preferred. You may bring a lace that wasn't installed by me, but you are still required to drop your lace off prior to your appointment for customizing and cleaning. All laces are different and could use my special touch and attention. Same day customizing is allowed but our Same-Day fee will be applied to your total.

DEPOSITS: A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT CHECKOUT FOR ALL SERVICES. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE. EVERY DEPOSIT IS DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF YOUR SERVICE/CLASS.

YOUR TOTAL: Remaining totals for all services and classes are due in Cash. Returning clients may pay with cashapp, Zelle.

LATE FEES: I do not have a late fee policy but after 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled. Your deposit can only be transferred once.


WARNING❌ Please do not book if you have somewhere to be in that time frame/same day. During high volume times, we can fall behind schedule from many reasons and do not like our staff to feel rushed. Appointment times are subject to change without our control, but you will be alerted if this occurs. No deposits or discounts are refunded or transferred if this occurs. So please be aware and do not book if you have somewhere to be or something to do in the same day. 

We have a limited capacity and do not allow extra guest or company for those who are not being serviced. No Exceptions. We want our clients to feel comfortable in our environment while being serviced. If you have to bring any company, they are to wait outside.

 

-Pictures and videos are often taken at appointments and publicly shared on social media.
 

-Please arrive with your hair washed and blown dry thoroughly as this service is currently unavailable and not included in the price or time.

-Any service you or someone else has done is not discounted from my service prices. You will still be charged for my services.

-*You will receive the address and an appointment confirmation via email after you book. 

-*You will receive a reminder about your appt. via email prior to your appointment.

-*If you do not see a service you are looking for, I do not render that service.

* The online booking calendar is automatically updated every second.​ If you do not see a date or time you are looking for, that means there is no availability.

 

Due to a high volume of clients, I cannot personally contact everyone when someone cancels their appointment. You can come back to this website to see if the spot you desire has opened. You can also follow us on social media for announcements on openings and services.

*Last minute, Same day or Weekend appointments are an extra fee on top of the original service prices. Prices can increase during high volume times. These are not squeeze in spots. These spots are for before and after hours or Saturday - Monday if available. You can book this special request by contacting us directly at (407)680-0092 with your name, number to contact and email. iCLoud emails are not accepted. I ONLY  accept all other bookings online. I do not allow skipping as that can be an inconvenience to those who have already booked accordingly. Please do not ask.

💢Please be aware: After leaving our salon, I am not responsible for the keep up/maintenance or any malfunctions of your lace. It is not promised that I will be available at your convenience to fix any malfunctions that may occur. Please inform me of anything you might notice about your install while you are here. You have enough time during the appointment and after the service is performed to closely self examine your install before leaving.

💢No refunds, deposits or transfers for services that has already been performed. 

 

💢Disruptive clients and Those who try to dispute will be reported and banned from booking.
